Born in January 2022, right in the middle of pandemic chaos, Mental Maintenance was created with one mission:
Help people feel better, together.
🧠💖 Founder Erica - new mom, previous teacher, & now the Heartbeat of Mental Maintenance LLC - knew the world needed more than just a break. We needed connection. We needed safe spaces. And let’s be real: we needed to smash a few things. 😅
💪 We’re proud to be a Hispanic woman-owned business and veteran-run - with a father & son duo on our team, making us a strong, caring, family-oriented crew that truly understands the power of community, healing, & shared joy.
