The Paint Splatter Room is a safe, colorful playground where you and your crew suit up in ponchos and goggles and let your creativity — and your wild side — run free!
You’ll get:
An 8"x10" white canvas to paint your masterpiece
A box to take your art home
Squirt bottles filled with non-toxic, water-based neon paints
Cups of paint and a variety of brushes, including splatter brushes
Feel free to paint on your canvas, the walls, tables, doors — and even each other!
Warning: The real fun usually kicks off when the paint fight breaks out near the end of your 30-minute session! 🎉
We recommend kids 3 years and up for the Paint Splatter Room, but we’ve also welcomed tiny artists as young as 1 or 2!
Little ones under 3 must be carried or closely supervised by an adult.
For these younger guests, we provide a poncho, goggles, and one squirt bottle of paint for just $5 (no canvas or full set of squirt bottles).
Our youngest guests often love using just one squirt bottle — and sometimes turn the floor mats into colorful masterpieces!
Expect lots of adorable paint “experiments” on hands, arms, and cheeks — which make for great memories and even better photos!
The full Paint Splatter Experience is $25 per person and includes: 🖼️ One 8"x10" canvas 🎨 A full set of neon squirt bottles, paint cups, brushes & splatter tools 🧼 Poncho + goggles for protection 🕒 30 minutes of colorful fun!
Littles ages 1–2 are only $5, which includes a poncho, goggles, and one squirt bottle of paint (no canvas or full paint set).
Chaperones are only $5, which includes a poncho & goggles (no canvas or full paint set).
Yes! Everyone ages 3 and up is charged the same ($25) because they receive the same Paint Splatter Experience — full canvas, paint set, tools, and protective gear. They splatter just as much (sometimes even more)!

No problem! Chaperones are only $5 — that covers your poncho and goggles so you stay protected while watching the paint fly. Even if you're not splattering, we want to keep your clothes and eyes safe!
Chaperones often take pics, videos, and fun action shots — just know it’s at your own risk if paint gets too wild! 🎨📸
Yes we do! For your Paint Splatter Room session, we provide:
A poncho with a hoodie to keep your clothes safe
Goggles to protect those precious eyes 👀
🚫 We do NOT provide shoe covers — from experience, they tend to slip off with all the fun and movement, and can become a slipping hazard. Just wear shoes you don’t mind getting a little colorful!
🎨 Dress for a mess! Wear clothes and shoes you don’t mind getting paint on — this is not the time for Sunday’s best or expensive outfits.
🚫 Avoid canvas-style shoes (like Converse) — they soak up paint just like a canvas.
🚫 No heels, sandals, or flip flops for safety.
✅ We recommend washing your clothes and shoes as soon as you get home (ideally within 4 hours) to help remove the paint more easily.
✅ Yes! Our paints are washable, water-based, and non-toxic — safe for kids and adults!
🧼 BUT we still recommend wearing clothes and shoes you don’t mind getting paint on.
👟 For best results, wash everything as soon as you get home (within the first 4 hours is ideal).
Yes!!! Our insurance requires a signed waiver for every participant, every time — no matter your age.
✅ This includes both Smash Room and Paint Splatter Room sessions, parties, and events.
💡 Signing ahead of time saves time at check-in and gets you to the fun faster!
Yes! You’re welcome to take your own photos and videos — just know it’s at your own risk. Mental Maintenance LLC is not responsible for any damage to your phone, camera, or equipment during your session.
🎥 Want a professional angle? We offer video recordings from our in-room cameras (📢 no sound — we don’t own the rights to the music you play). These videos can be purchased separately.
📁 Free Photos & Purchased Videos are uploaded to a Google Drive Folder linked to the emails provided in the waivers. 👉 Note: Due to Google’s recent updates, you must use an email linked to a Google account to access the files.
The Paint Splatter Room session lasts 30 minutes of creative, colorful fun!
We ask that your group arrives 15–20 minutes before your scheduled time to:
Take care of any unfinished waivers
Get suited up in your poncho & goggles
Snap a few fun “before” pics
After the session, we’ll take some awesome “after” shots of your messy masterpieces!
🕒 Total experience time: 40 minutes from check-in to clean-up.
To keep everyone safe and comfortable, our insurance and city guidelines recommend:
Up to 20 kids plus 4 chaperones, or
Up to 18 adults (since adults need a bit more space)
This helps ensure plenty of room for fun and safe paint splattering!
👨👩👧👦Nope! You will never be placed with strangers. We want you to enjoy this experience only with your loved ones, whether you come alone, with a friend, or as a group. The room is yours and your group’s exclusively.
The only exception might be during special community events—but we haven’t hosted any of those yet!
Yes! Absolutely—you get to take your masterpieces home with you.
🎁We even provide a box for each canvas so your paint stays off your car seats on the way home.
🎶 Yes! Definitely! Get your playlist ready because we provide a Bluetooth speaker for you to connect your phone and play your favorite tunes. We don’t have preset playlists since everyone’s music tastes are different — so it’s all yours to control!
For your peace of mind, Mental Maintenance LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items — including anything left inside your vehicle.
🚗 If leaving items in your car, we recommend keeping them out of plain sight.
🔐 We do offer lockers for smaller personal items and provide you with a key to keep during your session!
Travel light, smash hard! 💥
✅ Cancel 24+ hours in advance? You’ll get a full refund — no fees!
⏰ Cancel within 24 hours? No refund, but you can reschedule for free or use the amount as a gift card.
🚫 Less than 24 hours’ notice? No refund if you cancel late, show up 15+ minutes late, or don’t show up at all.
Thanks for understanding — this helps us stay on time for all our guests!
We totally get it — life happens! But your time slot could be grabbed by a walk-in or another group looking for fun before or after the movies 🎬.

🎨We don’t provide food or drinks, and food or drinks are not allowed inside the Paint Splatter Room itself. However, we do have tables and chairs in a separate area for gatherings and parties where you can bring outside food.
🍕Many groups have enjoyed everything from taquizas and catered meals to pizza, Chick-fil-A, and warmers for nachos or hot dogs — whatever you want to make your party special!
Yes! We have special pricing for groups of more than 10.

Yes! Your group’s fun can be watched from the TV in our reception area, giving others a sneak peek of the action. Plus, we keep an eye on the room at all times for safety purposes.
